Great prices, friendly and accommodating staff, peaceful,safe place to stay.

Can't leave more than one star. We try to book online but it says you must call to confirm. We've been calling for two days. They are to lazy to return a phone call. I assume they have space available since you can't book a spot. Fortunately, there's plenty of other places who appreciate the business.

Stayed here one night in late December. Quiet, easy freeway access, older park, clean and friendly. Will stay here again for sure!

Great inexpensive place to stay in Eugene. It is a little run down and many of the spaces are used by full timers. The staff is friendly and helpful.

This is a nice option for RV travelers, even with the truck stop right next to it it stays so quiet. Only problem we really had was the owner not being honest about their prices. Owner said all spaces are the same price, no matter what. Next day her husband said there is a price difference of a few dollars if you don't have a site with sewage. It's not a big difference but it's still dishonest business practices. So, my advice is if you stay here, it's best to deal with the husband, he is at least honest about their prices. Also no after hours phone number for after hours help.
