Had an amazing time during there camper show staff was great and the hospitality was great always something cold to drink. Natasha is a wonderful person to buy a camper from she answered all of my questions in a timely manner she is patient and willing to go the extra mile for her customers. I’m glad I was one of her first sales she definitely deserved it as I am very picky on what I want.. all of the staff were very kind and willing to help and explain the process and paper work the finance team is top notch they will do everything they can to get you approved for a loan with the right financing bank. They also had some very good deals and discounts on various items in store. Looking forward to the walk through of the new rv with one of there service techs. Thank you to the great team of people at camper world!
I recently bought a fifth wheel camper from camping world in little falls. The sales man Bryan had set up a showing on his day off. The salesman Michael struck was so kind and very helpful. All the other staff were great too. Felt like everyone worked together and they gave us a great price for everything out the door. Amazing service
If I could give this a zero, I WOULD! The most disrespectful service team I’ve ever dealt with — and I work in the service industry myself. We brought our camper in around August to have the pigtails checked before renting it out because we suspected a propane leak. Camping World inspected it and told us everything was “good to go.” When we turned everything on to double-check, we could still smell propane. We called them immediately, and they said all their tests had passed inspection. On the day of our rental, we had to take the camper to Hilltop Camper instead, where they quickly found that the dual propane regulator was leaking — something Camping World completely missed. When we contacted the service manager to discuss this, his only response was that “it’s always a $95 diagnosis no matter what, but you can bring it back in and we won’t charge a diagnostic” without any apology or accountability. As we already had it to our hometown Hilltop and fixed within 30 minutes that day. We decided to give this business another chance and booked an appointment to have our camper winterized. I scheduled the appointment with Sabrina and explained that my husband gets off work late, so we’d need to drop it off the night before. She said that would be fine. The week of our appointment, I called to ask if it would be possible to bring the camper in a day earlier due to a change in our schedule. Sabrina’s response was, “You can bring it at the time of your appointment,” in a noticeably curt tone. When I explained that our schedule wouldn’t allow that, she replied, “You can bring it the night before, but just know we now have a missing customer’s camper that was taken off our lot last night — so it’s at your discretion.” Needless to say, I cancelled the appointment. This camping world was the closest (45 minutes away) and most convenient for my family. I would rather travel 4 hours than ever deal with the disrespectful responses, attitudes and tones we dealt with!!! Looks like only the good reviews get a response from the company — how sad you don’t fix your wrongs.
Amazing customer service, from the minute we waked in we were greeted and allowed to browse without being pestered. Everyone there was very welcoming and eggare to answer our questions and find something in our price range. Everyone on the crew worked as a team to help us fill paperwork out, assemble hitch and show us all the features available on the trailer. Would recommend them for there amazing prices and authentic employees. Food truck coming soon!
The staff in Little Falls, MN is excellent from Task the salesman to Galen in finance to all the guys in the service department. They were all very nice an friendly and didn't hesitate when we had a question. Task has excellent customer service. He made sure everything fell into place from staying in contact with financing to making sure the service department could help us with the hitch we needed to tow our jeep behind our camper. He is a great asset to your company!
