My family LOVES KOA Mercer! The staff is so friendly and wonderful. The campground is very clean. The bath house showers are fantastic with great water pressure. The activities and playground are great too. The campground is close to The Outlets, restaurants, Keystone Safari, and a small Walmart and Aldi. We love it!

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff and ownership. I was showing up after office hours, in the dark, and tired... but after talking to the staff person over the phone I was at ease knowing I was going to have a nice place to stay. She was friendly, patient, gave very clear directions for check-in procedures. lol honestly I felt like I might've been talking to a family member that was looking forward to seeing me. 😁That I really appreciated. When I arrived, I had a pick up truck and trailer yet still I had plenty of room to park. It was super quiet and felt very safe. The bathroom and shower area was really accessible and really clean. I woke up the next morning and was able to see all of the campgrounds in the daylight. Very well kept. The Campground also had its own unique design and style, which was really fun, but not overboard and tacky. My campsite was really nice. I know it had been there for many years, but it looked brand new. Next time I'm in this area I'll definitely use this Campground.

Awesome KOA and cool escape rooms. Near the Grove City Outlets in Mercer. All staff members are great to be around and make you feel welcomed. This weekend featured a trick or treat on Saturday night. We were unsure if we would ever visit another KOA after visiting the KOA in Erie. Look at my previous review before trying the KOA further north. I will never forget how bad they treat their visitors. The Mercer KOA receives a 10/10. The staff, campers and kids were great. We also were not afraid to go outside of our camper at quiet time like the Erie KOA, because we didnt want to get kicked out at 1200 at night. 🤣 Thank you Mercer KOA!

We camped here for our anniversary weekend to go to the outlets and just relax. Such a nice place. The staff are very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Decent size store with needs and fun things. We had forgot a few things and the store thankfully had them, but if it didn’t we were close enough to other stores in the area which makes this a very convenient location!! They have local Amish bring baked goods on Saturdays which was nice and we had treats for Sunday morning breakfast. Then they held a campsite trick or treat. We enjoyed handing out candy to the kids as they came by with their families. Bathrooms are clean and our tent site was within a comfortable walking distance to one set of them. Thank you KOA for a fun and relaxing weekend!! We will be back again next season!!

Great KOA! Upon arrival check in was easy and customer service was great. Very family friendly. This time of year the it’s beautiful with colors, trees, birds, activities and Halloween fun. We only stayed a day but definitely worth coming back.
