There is a public dump point located on Manning River Drive. It is situated near Rotary Park, just down from the Tourist Information Centre and McDonald's. This dump point is specifically designed for RVs to dispose of their waste.

We arrived late, a few campers were there already. Plenty of room for our motorhome and boat. Quiet and shady. Reasonably clean. Would use again.
Nice spot for a picnic. Or to change wiper blades in the rain. Convenient rest rooms
Plenty of trees for shade, picnic tables and toilets make it a good spot to pull over out of town. Yes the road isn’t too good but it’s not as if you can’t drive on it.
Terrible big pot holes, toilets randomly locked at night, designed to only allow one sheet of toilet paper at a time, never any soap in dispenser and this is during covid19. Update: Went again today and all the same issues.
Toilets here and a couple of tables. Not very well maintained and ground is very wet after rain.
