Leaning Pines Campground And Cabins

We thought this place was great and we’d love to return! The location is fairly remote but that was perfect for us. But then again it’s only 20 minutes from a very cool little town called Sylvania. It’s quiet and peaceful.

What a really cool place back in the woods. The road less traveled led us to this gem 💎. Awesome folks, great little cabins. Pretty friendly with a beautiful view. Worth the trip.

We were a little dubious as we drove down the mile and a half dirt road to the campground, as we went, we sang the theme song to deliverance. When we arrived, we were greeted by the owner and the family that owns the campground could not be nicer. The campground bathroom was clean and warm in the morning. as we were leaving one of our fellow campers, gave us two hot fresh sourdough cinnamon rolls which were delicious! A nice quiet place with a good dash of southern hospitality!

We loved everything about our stay! We went on Fourth of July weekend to get away from the noise and fireworks. It was exactly the peaceful and beautiful place we needed. AC worked, WiFi worked, kitchen was perfect, bbq was awesome and we got the rest we were looking for. Definitely will come back!

My hubby and I wanted to get away for the holiday to have a nice relaxing couple of days. We love camping so I decided to look for a cabin near us. I'm glad I chose Leaning Pines. It was nice, peaceful and relaxing. The cabin wasn't fancy but it was very clean and comfy!! We really appreciated the customer service and the friendly environment. This is a great place for families. Thanks so much!! We will definitely be back.
