I live there and love the people and dog friendly
I guess it's slightly better than being homeless. Or sleeping under an interstate off ramp. And it's probably better than sleeping in the woods next to the railroad tracks...
I live there and it's loud. With office almost never open and no answering machine, rules don't apply. Inconsiderate neighbors. Can't open windows. The noise of dirt bikes is to loud. Looking to move after 12years.
It's a trailer park. Just think "Trailer Park Boys", and you will know exactly what to expect. There are some nice, new trailers being brought in, but I am sure they are outrageously priced. I had a super small, shorter than a standard single wide trailer and I paid almost 20k to buy it! Lot rent goes up every single year. They finally have a new playground and finally an old MTD bus waiting shelter for the kids to wait on the bus.
This trailer park needs to be condemned. There are numerous cats running around. Most of them are sick and homeless. Lots of cars that do not run, no license plates, slitting on flat tires, broken out windows. Trailers missing underpinning, furniture sitting in the yards, grass that's 5 foot tall, garbage everywhere. It's disgusting. I'm guessing that public health hasn't been there. I don't know why anyone would wanna put their trailer there. Cairn company owns The Oaks and obvious that management does not do their job
