Absolutely bonkers pricing. To rent one of their rvs he wants first month rent, next months rent and pet and damage deposits! It should be illegal ( I think it is actually) to gouge people like that in a housing crisis! What a joke!

Well there is a shortage in living quarters in this region , the price of rent and real estate are out of this world, so I'm renting a RV owned by the owner of the park, his name is Gordon, his site Manager,, Mathew seems like a nice guy..,, on top of it is that there is about 6 person that lives here are working with me.. I rented the RV with a pull put side, lots of storage but it has issues, hopefully we will resolve the problems before winter comes, the rv is fully hooked up to water and sewage. Power is included in the rental. Wish me luck in that place . 1100$ a month and there is a laundry room. A big plus.

10/10 quiet and peaceful RV park. The property manager Matthew is a caring man who works hard to make sure his guests/tenants are happy and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to my family and friends if they are looking for somewhere to live or just visit!

New landlords are awesome. Really see the difference in the park since they took over. Lived there for a year, the landlords were always around to help and the other tenants in the park are all very nice. Prices are better then anything you'll find in the area.

the rent to own agreements at pine springs are scams. they make it so the tenants have no rights whatsoever. the property manager is a salesman above all else and will sell you an RV with tons of problems without disclosing them and once you sign the agreement it's your responsibility to fix all the issues. trailer had holes, electrical wires had been hacked apart and rewired - power supply for entire trailer ended up catching on fire. they claim the trailers are "winter ready" but they're 100% not and they will charge you extra just to winterize your water tank (after claiming it was already winterized) just to have it still freeze anyway. propane leaks make you go through 2 bbq size propane tanks within 5 days and it's completely unaffordable. rent to own option is $1300 a month for a TRAILER in a redneck camp. they'll tell you internet is included then after you've signed tell you it's an extra cost you have to pay for separately. black water tanks leak and leave a smell. they basically want people to sign the rent to own agreement under false pretenses, make you pay them a $1,000 fee for no reason other than just because on top of first month's rent which is non-refundable, and then stick you in a trailer with so many problems that you'll have no choice but to bail before the term of the agreement is over so they make a ton of money off you AND get to keep the trailer as an asset/to do the same thing all over again to someone else and make just as much money off them. just ... don't make the same mistake we did. steer clear of this place. we heard stories about people dying on site due to negligence by the owners too... super sketchy. just don't
