About

The RV dump station is very convenient and open to the public during normal business hours. However, if you need to use it after hours, you must call (859) 525-9525. Additionally, they offer a wash bay and propane sales. Please note that there may be a charge for dumping after hours. Water is available at the station. To find the facility, take I-75 Exit 178 (Mt. Zion Road) and head east on Mt. Zion Road. Then, turn north on Dixie Highway. The facility is located on the west side of the road, just past Art's Rental.

They do not provide storage to businesses as their website says. Don’t waste your time if you are a business owner looking for storage, they will not do business with you. UPDATE: Thank you for clarifying. I can definitely understand your reluctance to allow certain types of businesses. However this is (as stated in my original review) not stated on your website and the “learn more” link on your business storage information page is down, so if it is listed there, your customers cannot see it. Additionally, I was told by your staff that you “typically stick to the boats and rvs”. If you simply do not allow our business type, tell us that as opposed to lying to us. Thanks for the reply.

Great storage facility for large campers, buses and work trucks. Holding tank dump, freshwater, high bay camper wash and good security system onsite.

I've been a tenant here for years here, they are far and away the best Storage facility in the Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Area for enclosed RVs. I've tried others that were closer, and came back and it's a 20 minute+ drive for us. The owners/managers are great to work with. I highly recommend them!

Best storage facility in the tri-state. Originally designed to accommodate RVs. They are tall and deep. Because of the available sizes several small businesses are ran from these units. Most or all of the units have optional electricity.

This facility is pretty top notch. I had an after hours lockout situation and the owners promptly helped me out and didn't leave us hanging in the wind. I would suggest this location to anyone. The online management of the account is a very nice feature, though crudely implemented and not mobile friendly. The nicest things about this location are that it is no pressure and no long-term contracts are required. I would love to see 45' long covered storage for RVs with an electric hookup. My RV doesn't require indoor storage, but keeping the sun and rain off the roof would extend its life and it would be a more cost-effective storage option for people like me with older RVs who struggle to justify indoor storage prices.
