We used one of the tent camping sites and loved the amenities and personal touch of this owner-operated gem. Thank you!

We camped here for the first time recently and will definitely be making several trips next summer. Friendly staff and clean grounds.

We had the camper site right down by the lake. Pretty laid back..Cabins filled up on Saturday nite and there were several families with kids fishing on the dock. The Docks are really nice. Pretty rustic, the trees could get trimmed alittle more for my liking and the road could get smoothed up alittle better for a camper. But it was very quiet and peaceful, and that was the best part

Overall the campground was very dirty when we stayed. The redemption of this place was not the service or the amenities it was the small quite lake. This lake is completely secluded and has a very fun sand bar at its shallowest was 6". We had brought our own kayaks and rented the pontoon which wad cheap, but dirty. If you can overlook it's flaws because you want a cheap getaway with a nice shallow play lake this is it!

I stayed on this lake with my grandparents when I was around 8 or 9 (1991 or 1992), at a different and now closed resort. For years I had wanted to go back, but I couldn't remember the name of that resort. While looking for it, I discovered Tuck A Way. We made reservations and I finally got to come back to this beautiful slice of Heaven in 2019, and I was not disappointed. Cabin 7 was very well kept, clean and we had no issues on our trip. Unfortunately, we did not get a chance to come back in 2020, but we made it back just last week (8/21 - 8/29). We stayed in cabin 6 and I had family in cabin 8. Again, both cabins were clean and comfortable. As for fishing, I fish for bass and pike, so I can't comment on the size or numbers of crappie or bluegill, but if you want to catch a lot of small to medium sized pike and a few good fighting largemouth, you will not be disappointed. I caught 31 pike in the 18" to 24" range in one afternoon. Good numbers of small bluegill and yellow perch, and an occasional pike, can be caught right off the dock. The kids had a great time. Bottom line, this a great family resort. Quiet, clean, and absolutely beautiful. We've already made reservations for next year, and will continue to make this an annual getaway.
