The owners have gone out of their way to make us comfortable to make their campground accessible as we came in a snowstorm and to help in anyway that they could .I think if there were more than five stars, I would give it to them. Our most sincere thanks.
This is HANDS DOWN one of the best RV parks we've ever stayed at. The owners are the most generous and nice people and it's such an easygoing and hospitable environment. The park itself is beautiful and well maintained. We will be back every time we're in the Mena area.
Christy and Ben are the most down to earth, amazing people you could meet. They go above and beyond to insure every guest is taken care of. This park has an awesome stocked pond on the property. Offers easy access to the trails. Clean amenities (Bathrooms, showers, and laundry.) The view of the mountains over the pond is something everyone should experience once. The cabins here are well maintained and well stocked. The park allows you to enjoy the quiet, peaceful country while offering an amazing community. I have enjoyed both times I have stayed and definitely plan to continue to stay at this park anytime I am in the area. Thank you Christy and Ben for having such a great home away from home place.
Ben and Christie are absolute GEMS! I arrived they knew my name. Ben parked my rig, Christie offered help, advice and kindness. I have never experienced such wonderful, personable and helpful people while traveling. I genuinely can't say enough good things about this place. They helped me after dark, after hours with my electric issue even. The location is perfect (I stayed for a CMA rally). It's close to all the amenities, safe and knowing people cared and would help with literally ANYTHING (including rides) was amazing. I was stressed from my travel when I arrived and their expertise and consideration helped me relax after two days of traveling. Will definitely be back! Highly recommend!
My family stayed at this KOA in our RV for a few days while exploring the area. The location is convenient for anyone looking to visit state parks around Arkansas, and even eastern Oklahoma. The town itself is quiet with a nice little main street, and Queen Wilhelmina is just a short scenic drive away. The KOA park is nicely laid out and well maintained. The owners were friendly and helpful, and they do a great job of keeping the facilities clean. There is a little road noise if you're close to the entrance, but that's to be expected for the convenient location. We will definitely stay here again if we're in this part of Arkansas.
