Been living here for almost a year and have nothing negative to say. Honest loyal neighbors and the landlord does a great job of keeping out the riff raff. 100.

April 2023 does...not...answer...the. .phone. Or return calls. I called twice, 5 days in a row at different times. Let a message once a day. At 1 point the mailbox was full. The next day it wasn't. I drove there, I'm 31 ft long & tow my jeep. The outside didn't look inviting & it said no turn around so it sounded small 2 me. I drove on by. Should return calls. Takes 5 min. Bad reviews last 4ever.

Had quite a rough time getting in but the owner, Mr. Bobby, made sure to take care of my disabled mother and provided her with the perfect spot for her with no hesitation. Very professional and honest, would recommend to anyone needing a small trailer at a good rate

Mother-in-law has lived here for about 2 yrs. and loves it. We visit quite often and it's always nice and peaceful. There's none of the usual loud music next door or driving by. Everybody keeps to themselves and as far as I can tell minds their own dang business. I've met the landlord and he seems to be a fairly decent guy. I gave it 4 stars and should have given it 5 stars. To be honest the only reason I didn't is there isn't anything available for me to move in lol.

It's a nice quiet place everything is beautiful. Love the trail walk with the pretty trees and water fall. Everyone is nice and respectful. The owner does a wonderful job. I would recommend this place to the best of ppl I know. Just love it.
