Absolutely disgusting in every way. The bathroom looks like it has not been cleaned for weeks. Staff does not care at all. The whole campground smells bad. Dont go there!!!

Great value for money and great location. We camped with a number of families, kids and dogs and was great. Beach very walkable, facilities old but really clean and all working. Kids loved the pool!

Worst campsite I have ever experienced. Avoid at all costs. The photos are blatantly misleading and look like they were taken decades ago. What you see online is NOT what you get in reality. This place is completely run down, filthy, and clearly neglected for years. We’ve stayed at plenty of 2-star campsites and never encountered anything this bad. The toilets were absolutely disgusting — reeking of urine and visibly overflowing. Basic hygiene and maintenance are clearly not a priority here.bins were overflowing. The site map they give you doesn’t even match the actual layout of the campground, which says everything about how little care or accuracy is put into the place. The campsite itself is located next to a dodgy area that makes you feel unsafe the moment you arrive. We booked for three nights and didn’t even last an hour. When we asked about a refund, staff admitted that many people have complained before us and casually told us they were “99% sure” no refund would be given. That alone should tell you how often guests are disappointed and how little management cares. To make things worse, there’s a pool advertised that is NOT operational — and they only inform you after payment is made. Completely misleading and unacceptable. This place feels like a cash grab relying on outdated photos and unsuspecting guests. Save yourself the frustration, disgust, and wasted money. Do not stay here.

This place is an absolute disgrace. The photos online are completely false — the motel looks nothing like what’s advertised. It’s run down, filthy, and clearly hasn’t been looked after in years. You can see the neglect the moment you arrive. When we checked in, only one out of three beds was even made. The room door was broken, the microwave was dirty, and the walls were stained and filthy. It honestly felt unhygienic and unsafe to touch anything. They placed us right next to the so-called “common area”, which turned into a full-on drinking and party zone from 3pm until after 9pm. The music was blasting for six hours straight, people were drunk and loud, and it was absolutely not a safe or child-friendly environment. I couldn’t even take my daughter outside because I didn’t want her around the chaos. The beds were disgusting — the kids’ mattress was so thin you hit the wood underneath, and the main bed was so old, stained, and uncomfortable you could feel the wires through it. It was impossible to relax or sleep. We paid $230 for one night, and it was honestly the most stressful, uncomfortable, and disgusting experience I’ve ever had. My poor mum, who’s a sales rep and travels constantly, said this was by far the worst accommodation she’s ever seen. She ended up trying to sleep curled up on the tiny couch in pain just to make it through the night before driving us home. This motel is not safe, not clean, not family-friendly, and definitely not a place for relaxation. It should be shut down or at least inspected because the conditions are absolutely unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs — I wouldn’t stay here again if it was free.

We stayed at Palm Beach Caravan Park in October 2025. The stay itself was okay for the price, but several things were disappointing. The kitchenette in our mobile home was unsafe to use — when both the oven and stove were turned on, the power tripped. We were told to unplug the oven completely, meaning we couldn’t cook inside at all. It was never mentioned anywhere that the kitchen inside the mobile home shouldn’t be used and that guests are expected to use the shared camp kitchen instead. The emergency number wasn’t really helpful, as the person on call wasn’t familiar with the park and couldn’t offer real assistance. There was also not enough cutlery or dishes for four people, no pot lids, and no hand broom. We received a reply to our first email but never got a response to our second message, even though we raised a genuine safety concern. Overall, the price was okay, but the communication, safety, and equipment should be managed and described much more clearly.
