Horrible place to live. Maintenance is a joke, have 4 unresolved tickets from last year. Owners only care about a rent check and if you fall behind or are late with the rent by 2 days they will take you to eviction court. Also they don't even screen backgrounds. I have kids, I shouldn't have to worry about them playing outside when multiple sex offenders with a restriction order from the state not to be within 200 yards of any kids live here. One right down the street where I live. They shouldn't be able to live here if they have those restrictions. DO NOT LIVE HERE ITS A DAMN JOKE.

Lived here for years, been trying to get mold in the wall fixed for OVER a year. Always an excuse about why the contractor cannot come fix it. Ive told office before how my son has leukemia and could get ill, still nothing. They dont care! I was scoffed at for asking for maintenance to come look again and fix my plumbing. They didnt show. Maintenance never comes when they say they will, making you waste your whole day. Only one Maintenance man for the couple parks that the management owns.

They have one maintenance person in have lived here five years they can’t/wont keep up on maintenance the place I live is unsafe and is infested with birds making nests every spring I have pictures but they want to charge me for have a boat that you can’t even see yet they expect handicap people walk on my porch that needs repairs you would think the office people would understand this as they are handicapped as well hypocritical it sounds to me. Don’t live here it’s not worth the price and it’s going way up since they replaced a road after years of pot holes you could fish in.

This place is really going downhill. My parents have lived here for 31 yrs & this park is the worst it's ever been. They need to start giving people write ups & fines for there yard not being kept up such as garbage, clutter, & grass not being mowed & if the tendent doesn't fix the issue within 48 hrs the park should clean it for them n charge for doing so & give them a fine for not within a timely matter n if u get 3 write ups in a yr, u can b kicked out. Seems a little harsh, but sumtimes u have to b with people to get ur point across because people only do what u allow them to do. And u keep raising rent but not making any improvements to the park. N honestly, when people's yards r not kept up, it looks trashy & isn't fair for us people that do keep our yards kept up.

this is the first time i’ve had to revise a positive review. what was once a nice/clean place to raise children has become the exact opposite. constant water tests. trees with pathogens. crime after crime. i’m kinda stuck here unless I want to suffer a third mortgage/lease. management has changed constantly. I pay my bills on time, usually early. one newly added pleasure is the loud music maintenance man driving down the street back and forth constantly all day long. 🤷‍♂️
