Green Haven Tourist Park

A family owned private park with huge sites, good showers and a small camp kitchen, but with room to move and a wild ducks on the dam, kangaroo's on the grass camping area, a short walk into town and quick meals at the servo near the entrance. Dog friendly, on a leash, and even a doggy exercise park and a children's playground with shade trees and that beautiful afternoon sea breeze to cool it down in summer. Worth a stop for a night or great for a chill out longer stay.

One of the best between Perth and Esperance!! Hot solid showers, beautiful grassy site (!), clean toilets, hot water to do your dishes, cooking area and, kangaroos coming by to eat grass here during the night. Overall concept is what we liked especially here: Simply text an email to the owner (he'll reply within a few hours), just go to the campground until 6pm and chose your preferred site by yourself - there is lots of space! Owner will come by later personally to greet you, collect fee and explain the campground, amenities, surrounding area, etc. - friendly guy btw!

We were very fortunate to have been able to stay at Green Haven as we were limping along the road after blowing a piston in our towing vehicles engine when we notice the parks sign so we turned in. I talked to one of the staff who just said with a smile "pick a site mate" So we did. The people we've met here are amazing and the environment is awesome, lots of eucalypts and native bird life. Quiet, with good well kept amenities, couldn't have asked for a better place.

Such a lovely place with incredibly kind and helpful people. They helped us with a big problem in our campervan and gave us great advice about the road closures through the national park due to bushfires. We also met a very nice gentleman and had a lovely evening chatting. A very welcoming atmosphere – highly recommended for anyone travelling through the Outback!

I am completely thankful to the amazing staff here, they were so helpful and kind. This was an amazing place to stay and would highly recommend! Pet friendly place as well so another added bonus. They have onsite toilets and showers which are a god send, the water was a perfect temperature! Also, a great sized cooking area/kitchen. Thanks for everything guys!
