DO NOT STAY IN THIS RV PARK!!! The place is rundown and dilapidated, there are people selling drugs, and the buildings are boarded up and roofs are caved in on the Park models. There is nobody on the premises to take care of this Park and nobody will answer the phone when you call for help. I contracted to stay in site number 13 for three nights with full hook ups and Wi-Fi. Those services, with the exception of electric were nowhere to be found. Nobody answered the Help phone number that evening so we stayed with nothing but electric electricity. The following morning we tried the phone number again and when someone answered, we were told “you can leave if you want, but we will not provide any refunds!” The attitude these people have is horrible! The park is filthy and littered with trash and we were approached late that night by someone asking if we wanted to buy methamphetamine or weed! I did not feel safe staying in this park at all. Do yourself a favor and drive over to one of the OTHER parks in the area!!
The rate is very affordable ($40 vs. $100+ at most RV parks), which is a big plus. That said, this is primarily a single-wide TRAILER PARK with a few RV spaces located in the loop, so the setting is not the nature-focused vibe the photos suggest (quite misleading). The river is a walk away, not part of the immediate site. Facilities weren’t used, so I can’t speak to them. Overall, not a bad option if you’re just looking for a budget stopover with no view, but clearer marketing would help set more accurate expectations. This is the view from our camper trailer the next morning -- NOT what we expected! 🙈
Absolutely! Here's a more enthusiastic version of your review: > Wow—what an amazing stay! The site was absolutely beautiful, super clean, and so peaceful. The location couldn't have been better—everything was nearby, and we could walk to downtown Sedona! Communication with the site management was top-notch, and checking in and out was totally hassle-free. This was a 10-star experience all the way! I’m already looking forward to booking again! ~Nicole
Easter Weekend Getaway – Peaceful Creekside Spot! We stayed at Oak Creek Mobilodge over Easter weekend in our RV, and it was a great experience. The RV site we had was right by the creek—absolutely perfect for relaxing, listening to the water, and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk or drive to the Sedona strip, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and hiking trails. It made exploring the area super convenient without feeling crowded. Management was awesome—very friendly, helpful, and made sure everything ran smoothly during our stay. The park had a chill, laid-back vibe that made it feel like a little hidden gem in Sedona. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a simple, scenic place to park your RV and soak in some nature while staying close to all the action.
As another reviewer said…. Manage your expectations. The location is great being so close to Sedona but the park itself could do with a lot of love. It’s surrounded by permanent residents then has 6 short terms spots. The office is a bit run down and no one was there the entire time we were there. There is a lot of posts about the entrance and exit ramps being tight and steep. I would absolutely agree they are very steep with the exit being incredibly high but I didn’t think it was as tight as I expected. We had a 26ft trailer and it was very easy to get in and out space wise. Most concerning while staying there was a huge limb came down in the adjacent spot which would have totaled our trailer had we been there. Speaking to the local resident they said the trees are not well cared for. Overall it was worth the money for the location of you just want somewhere to park and sleep but that’s about it.
