They say no RVs older then 10 years but as I drive thru earlier today there are numerous much older then mine.
Don't get wifi it's a live in park
No restroom facilities even no Showers or Landry any more New Mexican Owners and Manager doesn't Repair or fix anything at All!!! VERY POOR SERVICES ☹️ other people that I talked to said they got the best marijuana in all of Grant County though here
This is a wonderful place to stay. The person who complained about the rest room doesn't even know what happened. Somebody completely destroyed it so that it's not usable anymore. The laundry room is fine, and the machines work very well. The manager is extremely nice, and he keeps things clean, and he does fix the things he can. It's nice having the shade from the trees, and the other long-term neighbors are mostly very nice. It's quiet and peaceful, and it's great being able to set up your yard however you want, so that it feels like home. There's a really nice, country feel to living here, but it's close enough to town that you don't feel like you're in the middle of nowhere. The older reviews on here are not valid now. I don't know what it was really like back then, but if it's true, then it's much better now. The management is great, and he wouldn't allow drug dealing or anything shady to happen.
I travel for work and stay at a lot of rv parks. This is one of the best places I have stayed. The place is older but good management makes up for it. I was here for several months and the Wi-Fi worked great! Washers and dryers worked good as well. Very quiet in the evenings. Also my space was huge, I could have parked four cars plus my trailer no problem. Anything I needed the manager was on top of right away. I would recommend this place all day long! Also the place has a better price than any other place in the area. I should also say that the place is under new management so no more untrustworthy management and no more druggies .
