Beautiful lake with 2 marinas and a private sail only yacht club offering ASA 101 &102 sailing lessons CHECK OUT PARAMORE SAILING.
It was fun my son and I had a blast fishing and swimming. We both caught a few but couldn't keep any this trip.
We had a lovely evening on the lake. Beautiful sunset. We enjoyed it so much We forgot to take pictures!
Unless you know the area it's hard to get around. Not many informative signs to find what you are looking for. Such as the marinas beaches boat ramps etc. and where the heck are the cabins? Maybe I'm blind but the websites and maps are nothing without out signs to know where you are. Hopefully others won't find it as difficult but but a party of 5 sure did. But if you want an adventure to just come across areas this is great! Trash pickup could have been better also especially being a state park. No one to ask either. Was I just in the wrong areas?
