Tocumwal Tourist Park

Hi we made a booking to go to Tocumwal Big W with our caravan from 27th Dec -4th January paid $400 for a powered site. My husband had to have emergency surgery and is not allowed to lift over 5 kg for 6 weeks and has to rest. My husband emailed them with medical certificate and told them about the emergency surgery. We were hoping to get eother refund or credit to use later on They have no compassion what so ever, said no. Not impressed as we didnt plan for this it was emergency surgery. How can they be so heartless, we are not impressed to say the least.

Great ensuite sites and can walk into town! Clean amenities and a quiet park!

A great park, close to town, lovely amenities, laundry, camp kitchen and has a dump point. Tocumwal town has several food outlets/restaurants and a brewery, good shops and an icecream shop. It's probably booked out over the Xmas holidays.

From the initial phone call with Clare to book in everything was seamless. Our room was clean and spacIous and the facilities within the unit were great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here at Tocomal tourist Park for tonight. Happy with our Site staff were helpful and would stay again probably just a bit disappointed with the Pool we were in there for a couple of hours. There was seven dogs in there and majority of the adults that were there while we were there we all drinking alcohol which the sign as you open the gate clearly states no alcohol. I just felt that being busy time of the year that things like dogs in the pool area and the alcohol would’ve been patrolled a bit better.
