Clean park and friendly people in the park.

Horrible landlord experience we went to this park after a friend recommended it and let me just say in my 15 years renting this was by far the worst experience I've ever had dude couldn't make his up about price always made excuses regarding time of a remodel he couldn't even remember what trailer we were looking at heard rumors that he's being hunt by police into drugs and other things do not rent here for the sake of ur family and kids

Manager is worthless and doesn't do nothing to help the park. Very dirty and floods

ok place lot manger nice but his worker that drive green jeep is rude and think place is race track kids play in road all times of hrs someone going to get hit the old guy mow grass is nice and friendly

I live here. There has been a lot of work done here at this mobile home park there are trailers to be rent to own
