Pilot Flying J Travel Plazas #624

1rst time here, place nice clean plenty of food. We ordered a pizza staffs were UNFRIENDLY, no Hello, no smiles. We paid for pizza ahead of time d clerk was so unfriendly!!!!....I smiled at her but she gave me a bad dirty look...we were friendly w/her but no smile no response just RUDE RUDE RUDE...didn't say thank or give us a receipt. We asked for receipt & she just frowned. WHY is she even in customer service? D receipt is POS 3 CLERK 908 2/11/26 20:04:58 Then we tried to order a shower but it said 21 people waiting, then later 26 so we waited til next morning & # of people waiting went up even more! This never happened at any other truck stop...apparently the system did not work & showers does not have hot water!!!....Be nice to put a SIGN up at door sooner so truckers r aware....🥺😕👎

Nice place plenty of pumps, I've been in cleaner rest rooms but I've also been in a lot worse!

This has become one of my favorite spots since I moved to the area. The store is very clean and staff is very friendly and welcoming. I want to personally give a shout out to Heather and Sheila, they are awesome and always greet you with a smile, which is always a great way to start your mornings! I’d give 10 stars if it were possible!

I love this Flying J The staff here are very friendly and welcoming The store is very clean and well stocked I was in shower 7 tonight It was huge compared to most of the Flying J showers The shower head was very old But it worked and was hot The shower attendant were very nice I chatted with a couple of them The fuel island was very clean I had to give this Flying J a 5 star which is unusual I was supposed to go to the Tampa Flying J I even reserved a spot there But I had to stop here and get fuel and tempered the Tampa one doesn’t have a restaurant So I stayed at this one This is the J to be at if your down here near Tampa

Very nice newly renovated Flying J. Has self checkout registers. Hot and cold food available. EV charging stations. Clean restrooms and showers. Big truck parking fills up fast. Reserve it spots available up front by fuel islands. RV fuel pumps and dump station available. Denny's restaurant inside building.
