Stay away if you need or want WIFI. It's an o.k. rv park n regards to site size but is a bit run down (no cover on sewage pipe, banged up electrical box) and the WIFI is non existent. My wife and I both tried to find the GUEST WIFI on the pop up list (on our new high end tablets) but it rarely appeared. When it did (after about 10 minutes) I signed in with the password and enabled auto reconnect. From that point on I had an actual WIFI connection for maybe 3 minutes; it would keep dropping out. I went to the office and the man said he would reset it. And note that we were in a site no more than 40 meters from the WIFI. The reset did no good at all and we gave up after an approx. hour of trying to connect and stay connected.
Is not an RV and camping park. It should be listed as a trailer park. 99% of the RVs there are permanent homes with flower beds and wooden and metal fences. Many have attached outdoor living spaces. While many are very well kept, almost as many appear to be abandoned, have green algae growing on them, stacks of wood for later use, a few abandoned or unused vehicles, and there is no beautiful pool as shown on Google and Facebook. There are a few spaces for tourists overnighting. All are close together, however the whole place has beautiful, huge trees and.forest shrubs which gives it a nice foresty feeling. If all permanent residents were made to keep their spaces tidy and well maintained this would be a very different review.
Nice, quaint, park. Full Services available. Easy access from and to the #5. Washrooms are available and maintained properly. Would recommend for the night or longer. Property management was very friendly and helpful. Price is acceptable for service provided.
With its breathtaking views, I absolutely love this park in that is located at the base of the most beautiful mountains. I moved here in April 2025 so have not experienced the high season but everyone right now is middle aged to seniors and very quiet and nice They have a surprisingly reasonable priced laundry area which is half of what a laundromat is charging. 7 minutes from Hope so you have the best of both worlds. Management is friendly and helpful. I look forward to the summer season and I am sure each new visitor no matter the age, will find a friendly, nice place to stay.
Hope Valley RV & Campground in Hope, BC is truly a hidden gem! Even though it’s tucked away just off the main road to the highway, the moment you enter, you’ll be amazed by how big and spacious it is. One of the best things about this campground is how they’ve managed to keep so many trees, giving it a wonderful, woodsy feel. It really feels like you’re camping in nature, not just in an open field. The location feels very safe, which is a big plus. There’s a sense of peace and security as you wander around. Another delightful surprise was seeing ducks from afar. It adds a charming touch to the whole experience. If you’re looking for a peaceful and nature-filled camping experience, Hope Valley RV & Campground is a fantastic choice.
