Ball Trailer & RV Park

This place is honestly one of the better RV parks I've stayed at. It's really clean—grounds are kept up nice, no trash or weeds everywhere, and the sites are pretty level with decent space between rigs. Price is fair for what you get, especially compared to some of the overpriced spots nearby. Charlie is friendly and actually helpful. They helped me with a hookup issue one night without making a big deal out of it, and the office folks are quick to answer questions or give local recommendations. Management seems on top of things too. I've been there twice now for work, and both times it was quiet, Wi-Fi held up okay, and I could actually get some rest after long days. Nothing fancy, but everything works and it's a solid, no-drama spot. I'd go back without hesitation and tell friends to check it out if they're in the area.

The grounds are well kept, peaceful, and the owners gave us helpful tips about local attractions. It’s clear that this campground is a labor of love. The owners take pride in maintaining a safe, clean, and friendly environment. Highly recommend for anyone. We’ll definitely be back!

I travel full time for work and we were in Garden City for about three months this fall. Right from the beginning Charie and her team were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make me feel at home. During my extended stay it was very obvious they take great care in upkeep, maintenance and upgrades to their property, doing regular lawn care, road work and even pouring a new concrete pad in front of the office for check-ins. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay! I will surely be back there again.

This is a peaceful, friendly, and calm place. The owner, maintenance, and everyone in general are kind and considerate. The park is kept clean, well functioning, and safe. Thank you all so much.

Very very negative experience I spent 3 months paid my lot rent at lot number 7 on time bills on time treated like I was a criminal told I was not allowed to walk my dog out at night My RV was broken into three different times reported it had difficulties with law enforcement asked the landlady to keep an eye on my property her response was they are not going to get involved and will not help me protect my property but they sure did tell me not to walk around at night because I'm making the other tenants nervous I have a 6-month-old Argentina American terrier mastiff puppy we no longer felt comfortable at the facility after my RV was broken into three times and I was told not to walk at night
