I've been calling Sunnyside Home for over 7 years. It's affordable . Electric, water and sewer is included in the rent. The bad thing is you are constantly being watched by the manager just waiting for the opportunity to attack any and everything. It's not feeling like there's a whole lot of Privacy here anymore !! And it doesn't matter if you have a bumper pull ,5th wheel or motor home everybody pays the same rent. Which is totally unfair when I moved here in 2015 $300 rent for everyone because Lamar the original owner did not rent to 50 amp users. So the smaller trailers are paying for the electric bills for the amenities the big trailers come with. And the Manager ? Has her own washer and dryer in a shed bumped up to her house. And so does the grass mowing maintenance man. Since that's about all he does when it rains. And I don't believe that either one of them care if the Owner even makes any money-profit.. SAD ðŸ˜ðŸ˜¢ðŸ˜
Sunnyside RV park used to be called Countryside RV Park and it was horrible. When it was Countryside a lot of heathens and bad actors and crime going on. Then it was bought out by different people and they put a lady and her daughter in charge of the park as manager/assistant manager. This place is awesome now. It's a totally different place than what it used to be. The manager will work with people as much as she can and she makes sure the park stays in good repair and if she suspects criminal activity she's on top of it to make sure everyone else is safe. It definitely went from a 1 star to a 4 star. It's affordable, clean living, with all bills paid. They have campers if you don't have one it's a good place if you want long-term
At First it wasn’t bad. Came back from being off work found my heated water line disconnected and unplugged from my trailer. I connected it back and now it’s leaking like it was ripped out from my rv. Came back from being off again and this time they just shut my water off and my lines were frozen because of it. Got in trouble for having my headlights on when going to visit another camper. I guess I don’t need to see when driving through the park?! Also talked around and certain people pay 450 a month but if your of a different ethnicity you pay more. She doesn’t allow older campers in the park but the managers and her neighbors camper are extremely old. The managers is from the 90s and the other looks the be from the 70s or 80s. When I leave this park here in the next few weeks I’ll see if I even get my deposit back.
The water is disgusting and so is the manager. There is no laundry room as said in the online website. The wifi is a joke. I was there a month and 2 wks and that was all I could handle. The manager drives around recording people on her phone and tells everyone's personal business to other park residents. The park itself is mediocre. I would not recommended anyone to stay there at all.
The park is an older park with good sized lots, some shaded sites. The downside is the totally unprofessional management. Yard furniture you may have is referred to as junk , you're told gossip about the other tenants of whom you know nothing about and what their faults are. The water system is not maintained by a certified operator and smells like sewer. When management gets complaints about the water or free wifi, you're told to deal with it or move. The manager drives through the park multiple times a day and will stop and photograph tenants property, vehicles etc. The park owners representative does nothing to keep the on site manager in line acting professionally. Items will disappear from your campsite. Tenants are moving out due to management issues.
