Love the location, great view of Pikes Peak. It's right off of Hwy 24 so can be noisy. Great restaurants within walking distance.

Tiny house neighborhood that you can stay in and enjoy! What a great little gem we have here! I've stayed here before and my family, who visit often, usually stay here when in town. It's a very unique tiny house neighborhood with awesome neighbors! Parking is organized but due to the nature of the property (sitting on a hill) it can be difficult in large vehicles. (Example: full size trucks/ 18 pax vans, vehicles with small trailers) The trade off is worth it though! You get Views of America's mountain(Pikes Peak) from all over the property! It's location is great too! You're within a couple minutes of everything you may need! Shopping, dining, entertainment and, the best, colorado nature and trails are all close by! Enjoy your stay!!

This tiny house is very warm and cozy, I needed rest from real life and that was accomplished. Only draw back is the constant highway traffic, 🛣

The surrounding area offers many amazing sites to see & fun places to visit. Come see for yourself I promise you will never be disappointed : ) !

Peak View Park exceeded all my expectations! Not only is the price incredibly reasonable, but the views of the majestic mountains behind the homes are absolutely stunning. It’s a place where you can truly immerse yourself in the beauty of nature. The park is well-maintained, and the atmosphere is peaceful and inviting. Whether you’re a nature enthusiast looking for a serene escape or a family seeking a picturesque picnic spot, Peak View Park has something for everyone. The staff here is friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist you in making the most of your visit. I’ve had some of my most memorable moments here, taking in the scenic surroundings and enjoying quality time with loved ones. I can’t recommend Peak View Park enough.
