Has good management, all the amenities, and is reasonably priced. I am glad to be staying the winter here.

Not kept up no cable wifi is terrible pets on leash n that's it could be a nice place lots of perm trailers very old good place to stay till you find another park here its $430 month .

It is a hell of a place to spend the bar and we enjoyed I have a few drinks after night. And I never did figure out where I got this boat from but I like it that was two years ago are you there and I wanted a back k would say something

Great cozy setting to relax and enjoy your evening. Everyone is friendly and watches each other's home. Area has too many very large pot holes and needs paving or gravel badly. Upgrades needed to their amenities. Landscaping needs to get a boost to beautify the park.

We were greeted by beer bottle buddies who failed to tell us about the mud hole we were about to pull through. We thought we checked into the Bates Motel RV, but it turned out it was just a bunch of hippies having a good time. Our mistake was landing in the dark. Ripped hole in my under part of the nose and opened like a can opener when trying to turn a sharp right turn into RV Park
