No park managers to contact if there is a problem

Not had a issue with the owners and staff always helpful and friendly. Present neighborhood.

Still nice place to live but owners and management don't like them nobody wants to talk to anyone not good business in my book put people out with medical conditions pretty sad it's all about the money screw humanity

We moved in March 22 and so far it's been nothing but issues with our neighbors and the trailer park manager doing favoritism told us no Pitts but yet 63 has a Pitt puppy told us we can get a hold of him through his phone after neighbors in 51 verbally attacked us twice in one day which I have the second one on recordding he sent out a letter to us stating not to call or text but mail our issues in they said they were family friendly god forbid if y'all have any kind of issues or arguments if so they threaten to evict you while neighbors call cops got to the point the sheriff told them not a police matter DO NOT CALL ON THESE PEOPLE FOR NOISE neighbors are so nosy they literally wait around for us to even try to have a movie night with our surround sound cops get called as soon as they hear it this place is more a retirement community than it is for family every month we have been threatened to get kicked out I just really want my money back and want to move our neighbors in 51 have been trying to get us kicked out since the week we moved in also people park on the roads making it very difficult to leave and come in these people have went out their way to make us feel unwanted and unwelcomed there's never no one in the office it's always closed we have yet to even see or meet the owners of the park there's a big cat problem here Manager lies says he don't know who's feeding them or bringing them in but if you walk around you can clearly see who it is I DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR FAMILIES place is not family friendly

I have been here since March and so far I Love it here, the Neighbors and the Resident's have made Me feel Welcome, and they all wave at Me and each other when We are coming or going out and I have seen nothing but good here, very quiet at night while I'm sleeping and the Manager Mike is always there when You need Him and He cares about everyone here and He does take care of a problem immediately if there is one and I just Love it here so far
