Heart Of Georgia RV Park

I honestly really hate that I had to leave, this is such a peaceful place to be. I absolutely loved my 6 month stay here and would be ecstatic for the opportunity to park my rv here again. Wonderful and pleasant staff, any issues I had were handled very reasonably (I had a couple with electricity), landscape/lawn-care was kept up in the summer time, and nobody bothered me or gave me any issues.

Quiet,peaceful. On site washers and dryers! Love lake living!

Was behind a little on rent and was paying it the day I got paid which one was the next day, was told by owner that I had till Friday to get out, Tuesday is when I was told, didn’t get a eviction notice was just told to leave, people speed through all the time almost running people over, you report it to owner and managers and nothing was done, even went as trying to post it on there Facebook group. Dealt with rudeness when explaining to the owner we didn’t really have any where else to go that we are trying to pay our rent the next day, told that wasn’t his problem and he drove off, not the first time we’ve had issues tho, have tried contacting him numerous times and he never answers the phone tells us he is in a meeting at 8-9 at night. Spoke very highly about this man and he treated us like trash. We had informed the managers of my husband just getting a new job and my uncle passing and they did not care. Would never recommend this place most of the people there are nice but some are stuck up and rude.

I never fudge on my reviews... This place has been a God send for us! I have zero complaints nothing but good things to say. There's now 2 laundry rooms. It's peaceful and quiet. There's no playground or public bath houses but if you need a place to live for a few months you'll thank me if you come here! The management team are incredible and respond so quickly to any concern! I love it here. They do long term rentals and have sewer hookups at every sight as well as plugs for 15 amp, 30 amp, and 50 amp. Mostly adults but there are a few kids.
