One week into a 3 week stay here. Absolutely love it!! Super clean and a great staff that really puts a great effort into their park. Spacious lots and tye canopies are very nice.Residents are very friendly. Pet friendly with a dog walking area and pet washing station. Exercise room, and common pavilions with grills, refrigerators, TV,a gas fire pit. Any questions ask Erich. He is very pleasant and has been able to to solve any problems that have arose.
Great park, and the management team is excellent. Sites were clean and accessible and the parks proximity to the city was mostly a plus. Houston is very busy so at times it is hard to get out of the park. (Not the parks fault) Management is very quick to respond to your requests or questions and on-site propane is filled quickly. I would recommend.
We stayed at Westlake RV Resort this past weekend and had a good experience overall. Our pull‑through site was clean, and we appreciated the onsite amenities like the dog wash and propane. The location is convenient, though it’s right in the middle of a busy commercial area. The park does have quite a few long‑term residents, and some sites have personal items around them. It gives more of an extended‑stay park vibe rather than what I would typically consider a “resort,” so future guests may want to keep that in mind. The photos online look like they were taken when the property was newer. The highlight of our stay was the customer service. Erich Chapman, the property manager, was extremely helpful and hospitable. When we discovered our water pump had burst from the recent ice storm, we had to leave our cargo area open with a fan while attending an event. We appreciated that nothing was disturbed and that everyone was understanding. Overall, a good stay with great customer service—just not quite the resort atmosphere we were expecting.
The Resort has everything you need! Daily, weekly and monthly rates. Secure entrance for walk in and vehicle with gate code or opener/clicker available for your vehicle to come and go. Dog walk area. Community room with TV, pool table and snack machine. Showers. Washer and dryer. Pool and hot tub. Some cabins for rent.
We just pulled in for an over night stay to get off the road. April took my call and she was sweet as could be. Price was fair, but for some reason they charge a $5 "booking fee" I mean you have to book the site so why add a fee?? Asked April if she got it cause she booked it but no, just a fee for really nothing....anything for a buck. We were parked on the pond which for some reason was the cheapest and the best from what I could see. They didnhave good wifi, which is hard to find at campgrounds 😂
