A great senior 55+ park. Unusual street names are funny, the statue at the entrance makes you hope the old gold miner is really holding gold and makes you hopeful you may fine some! This park is so clean, surrounded with greenery and the people are all likeminded and so friendly. The pool is wonderful in the summer and the prices are manageable. I haven’t met the management myself so I can’t tell you what it would be like as a resident. I know several people whom live in the park and they love where they reside. Males and females alike have said great things about this safe and lovely park in Murphys, Ca.

Love love love Murphys and Murphys Diggins is a very lovely mobile home park for Seniors. It exceeds expectations in what you expect a mobile home park to look like with mature trees and gently rolling streets. Located just off Main St and an easy walk to all shops and restaurants.

Beautiful residential community. A dear friend of mine lived in the Diggins and every neighbor I met was very friendly and happy to live there. It is always clean, well kept and it feels safe.

Have driven through Murphys Diggins several times to show friends from the bay area. It is an adult community and very clean with wide open streets, gentle hills slope up towards the back of the property. Friend of ours just bought a place here and will be moving in soon.

Nice mobile home park. Limited potential for resale opportunity being a 55+age only. Resale value also effected. Rents are on the high side. The park also controls the propane and electricity costs. You will be paying a higher bills for both utilities than you would if you had PG&E controlling your usage rates. Also persons qualifying for the Care program do not see the benefits of the discounts, the management gets the benefits of the discounts and do not pass it on to the customer who deserves the benefits. The new management has going a bit crazy with the security measures being implemented. Adding cameras through out the park, installing a gate at the entrance and making the rear emergency exit blocked and useless. It's beginning to feel like a prison and less like a friendly and joyful neighborhood you would expect for your retirement home in a beautiful and peaceful town which Murphys is known to be. Remember Big Brother is watching.. Sadly it has changed from the place I fell in love with when I bought my home. I am sad to say I moved..
