More photos or dimensions or something would have been nice for the online campsite booking page I was using. I made a guess as to which spot to reserve and lucked out. My big truck and mini camper (no hookups required) would not have fit in many of the other spaces. Also would have been nice to know that the bathrooms closest to the campsites were closed/locked. But it worked out, the ones with showers were still open. Lovely place overall.
My Girlfriend and I camped here over Memorial Day weekend. Overall it was a great place with a couple cons. Bathrooms were a bit gross and the “manager on site” is non existent as we tried to get ahold of them multiple times as we had a couple questions. Other than that I would totally camp here again!
Pretty cool if you like kayaking and don't mind starting at the lake and then doing the river that connects to it. $35/annual and I believe $14/day for a pass. Don't quote me.
Beautiful little campground and recreation area. This is a great place to take the family if you don't want to go too far from Grand Forks. There is swimming, kayak rentals and plenty of bird watching besides camping. At the time of this review, the cost to enter was $7.00 a car.
Wonderful view. Kidsnlove to play at the park. They also have RV parking for a fee. Restrooms are always very clean. You can go fishing too.
