Camping World

The staff made our purchase fun. We felt like family. We wanted a specific brand/model. We wanted a lightly used unit & realized they were not easily found. They happened to have one so we drove from California to get it. I am not sorry we made that trip. Patrick had everything done when we got here. We just had to sign the paperwork. The weather turned bad and he recommended we spend the night at their facility. That was going above and beyond. I have bought a lot of cars and rv’s this was the easiest and most pleasant purchase we have made. Thank you Camping World of Cedar Falls!

I'm frustrated with the management of this place. They have the opportunity to fly our glorious flag every day yet they choose not to fly it. I get in inclimate weather take it down but on days that are so beautiful it should be flying. This patriot loves our flag and our country

I was inquiring to see how much they would buy my camper for because they said they pay the most for them apparently. And the initial offer was 4999 which honestly wasnt terrible but a little bit lower than I’d like. But I know these dealers have to make money and generally are crooks. So I tell them I want to think about it. And Taylor Manning says I’ll make it 5000 so you can remember. Exactly something a sleezy purchase manager would say. Anyhow I message back probably no more than 2 weeks later and say I think I’ll part with for the 5000. Then Taylor Manning responds with the prices went down and “his bosses”are telling him 2500 upon inspection. So I don’t recommend camper world for what it’s worth they’re arrogant and sleazy to say the least. Either they were insulting me on purpose because i didn’t take their first offer or they were trying to take advantage of me I don’t know which one’s worse.

Absolutely worst experience ever. Would not purchase from Camping World again. Buyer beware and make sure you know all the proper paperwork that needs to be done for insurance, registration, and title because they don’t seem to know and can’t accomplish anything in a timely manner which could result in large unexpected charges for the buyer, as well as penalties. I’d give them a 0/5 star if I could.

This place is great, I personally worked with Patrick. He is great sales man that take genuine care of his clients. Overall this specific dealership has professional stuff and willingness to work with you if anything is not up-to your satisfaction. Thank you guys for your hard work, I appreciate it.
