Twin Island Trail Llc

We stayed for two nights in May. The owner was helpful. The place was nice and well kept. I don’t know what happened but the owner told me twice he would get back with my husband and I about another two night stay on May 26-27. He never did so we were forced to reserve a hotel room. They have two spots fixed for campers with water and electricity hook up. No dump stations for gray/black water or internet or garbage disposal. Plenty of room if you want to use a tent. In all fairness we gave the owners plenty of heads up to let us know if we had a spot for our up coming venue. It was not short notice on our end. Is this a campground? Is it run like a campground? No it is two spots for two campers to rent. They are private and serene. It was fine for 1 or two nights if you get one of the two spots. I hated leaving 4 stars but I hated reserving that hotel room even more because there was only 1 room left at the Dam for the concert and we were lucky to get that. The Ohio? County state park had horrible reviews for camping and there was no hooks left. Unfortunately, we will probably not be traveling to Beaver Dam much in the future.

We had a wonderful weekend camping, peaceful and really beautiful. The owners were very helpful and kind.
