Best people you could ever hope to meet! Service is amazing! I feel compelled to share how Heath was very patient with me on a water heater issue (operator error several times). Tammy makes you feel at home - like you just ate a warm cookie. Whole crew is great, and they truly care about taking care of people. This is how great midwest business is done! Heath was fantastic to work with. Called on a Saturday and while he was unable to come to our RV, he called me and talked me through our hot water heater issue. Great service and knowledgeable.

Last year, we had purchased a tiny camper out of state and after camping our first time, we had some concerns or small repairs. We didn't want to return where we purchased our camper for the repairs. Besides we definitely wanted a place closer for future problems as they may happen. Found Small Town RV with a Google map search. We have drove through Mallard, Iowa occasionally, but had not notice Small Town RV, because we weren't looking for an RV at the time. We were pleasantly surprised to find this shop. They treated us great, even though we didn't purchased our camper from them. If we ever upgrade to a different camper we definitely will be talking with them. But for now, I giggle every time we take our camper over to them, because our camper is so small it looks like the doghouse to the regular or big campers. They still treat us just as good as the big camper owners. So I can say, they will take care of you weather it's big or small problems. Just call, it never hurts to ask.
