Everything is great except for ZAC the duty manager he is a toxic member of staff at the local pub. He Should never have been given the position he is in, or employed. security camera in a pub nt Al Overview . No, recording audio on security cameras in a pub in the Northern Territory (NT) is not allowed, as it's illegal to record private conversations without everyone's consent under the Surveillance Devices Act 2007 (NT). While it is legal to video record, it is an offense to install a listening device on a camera to record a private conversation to which the owner is not a party, and private conversations are generally those where people would not expect to be overheard.

Accommodation: room carpet damp and needs deep cleaning, room smelt bad/bodily fluids, chair at desk needed cleaning also smelt bad. Aircon needs replacing as its hardly working, bedding smells damp and mouldy due to poor air flow and temperature regulation. Jug lid not closing. Wouldn't recommend! Everything in the room needs replacing or put through a deep cleaning process. Disappointed in the room provided. Id rather sleep in my swag than consider staying at this accommodation.

Overpriced! Over $300 per night for a very average room. If you need to wash your clothes, laundry isn't included. Continental breakfast is included. The restaurant is OK, but food is overpriced too. WiFi not included.

Pool was fantastic! Meals were mouthwatering. The waitresses within the lodge had exceptional customer service. They were very kind and accommodating. The attitude and customer service at the Tavern by Chloe- appalling.

Poor experience, overcharged for my meal which has still not been refunded. On Sunday, 6th July 2025, I dined at your establishment and was overcharged by $80. Unfortunately, this overcharge went unnoticed until the following day. Upon realising the error, I phoned the tavern and spoke with an employee, who assured me they would follow up. However, I did not receive a return call. I then visited the tavern in person and spoke to the manager, who stated they could not assist me at that time but took my bank account details and assured me that the matter would be rectified as soon as the accounts team were in the following day. Despite this reassurance, I have yet to receive a reimbursement. Since then, I have made three additional phone calls, each time being told that the manager would return my call — a promise that has not been fulfilled. I am now home from my holiday and still out of pocket by $80, with no resolution in sight. This experience has been extremely disappointing and reflects poor customer service and a lack of accountability.
