Just got home from camping in our RV at this location and it is STUNNING! Just gorgeous! Definitely coming back and if I could give Frank (working here since 1989!) at the Landshark/Fins Up restaurant 20 stars I would! He made our entire stay so memorable! He catered a private BBQ for my hubby’s Birthday and it was some of the best BBQ we’ve had in a long time! He truly cares about the guest experience! John was also so kind and helpful too! And Tiffany at reservations too. This location is about NATURE! So although a resort, the amenities aren’t what other Margaritaville’s offer but we didn’t miss anything! They have bars, restaurants, Xmas events, lots of things to do. And there is a beautiful lodge on property to explore with a fitness center and more, if needed. If views, peace and nature are your thing, book it! Thank you, Frank for going above and beyond! We hope you enjoy your money tree, you deserve the world! Keep up the excellent work! They are lucky to have you!

Great campground above average rates but it is a resort. Went in the winter and they had Snow Island open with ice skating and rides and snow tubing. For an extra fee it's not included. It was like 35. Per person. They also charge 20 just to enter the park but once you get your car tag you are good for your stay. Restaurants were not to bad bad but drinks were high, but again a resort. I would come back in the summer with lake access swimming and boat rentals. The water park although closed looked amazing.

We visited Oct 19-21 and enjoyed how quiet the campgrounds were. We reserved online and didn’t realize most resort activities are closed. Pools drained and Land Shark restaurant open Thurs to Sun. Game Stop was open in evening and had restaurant that was expensive. Don’t get desserts. Very high prices for an ok dessert. Sandwiches very good. E-bikes got used constantly and we had blast biking all over the islands. We have 45’ Brinkley 5th wheel attached to Ram diesel 3500 Duelly, we navigated turns ok but did have to go over curbs to enter our spot. Husband was truck driver years ago so we had no problem but we did scout ahead of time. What was a huge concern was the concrete drive through spot #34 exit end is located partway up a steep grade we had to go immediately left on it then almost immediately a very sharp turn right and rear of RV scraped the ground. Be careful and go slow. Know how to back up without hesitation to get out of tight spots. Coming into our spot our rear right leveler hit ground hard because of grade but wasn’t damaged. Honestly as a civil engineer all they had to do is make driveway and road radiuses bigger and more gradual. Next time we will go to older gravel camp area. More spacious to maneuver and very pretty with heavy tree cover. If you have Starlink it would be useless in this older rv area. Many spots may be a challenge to level. Reviews are very informative. So look for reviews of specific spots. Our Lakeview spot really wasn’t. A sliver of lake could be seen looking over and through other campsites. Overall we enjoyed our stay and got a few days rest before we headed to mountains.

We camped in the RV resort and the sites are amazing. Well maintained and nice large sites on the water. We brought our boat which we brought up behind our site such a lovely area. Many activities and wonderful places to Bike and swim they have a waterpark attached to the resort. Very wooded area, making it a real delight for campers. We will be back for sure.

Large campground and campground resort! The drive in was very beautiful. You see plenty of water and the golf course. The campground itself is located further back. The sites on Parrot Rd were very nice, level, concrete. There’s a very clean bathhouse with one large shower. Some outside games near by. A drink cart comes by daily. There’s a huge game arcade building. Super nice! Fireworks when we came memorial weekend. The amazing water park of course. Totally worth it! Must stay!
