They wouldn't let me took at the place beforehand they wanted me to pay rent then go look at it. Idk that just don't make since to me tho

DO NOT! I repeat, DO NOT Give these people a single penny of your hard earned money. These people are nothing but money grubbing slum lords. We put $1300 down on a trailer that we were told was a remodel. NOTHING BUT LIES. we arrived on site at approximately 9pm after moving back home from Louisiana. We were desperate for a place to live and this was literally our only option. We were desperate and boy let me tell you, these thieves were like sharks who could smell blood in the water. I walked through the trailer for the first time to see what all we were going to be able to move in, and what all was going to have to be put into storage and boy was I disappointed. Roaches crawling all over the place, roach feces in the cabinets, roaches and roach debris falling out of the electrical outlets, burnt up outlets and a broken window in the “master bedroom” that wasn’t even replaced, they just slapped a piece of duct tape over it and called it a day. I will be calling the fire marshal to report the outlet issues and code enforcement for the other issues. There’s absolutely NO WAY these trailers are anywhere near up to code. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE, you would be better off staying with someone temporarily or god forbid living in a tent in the woods. I immediately brought this to their attention and demanded my money back (which I only got because I’m currently the only source of income and refused to sign the lease.)

Yeah after they kick you out if you have any mail going there they love to steal it from you and never give back. Also there houses have black mold in them. Also has roaches and mice.

I lived there with my daughter who had just had a baby, the management was very rude to her saying she hff ad too much company. They gave her 3 days to vacate with a newborn baby and they turned her air conditioning off. She paid her own electric. This was during covid as well. Very rude people and not legally running the property

Tried to rent a trailer yesterday, and told her we’d be right back with the money, and when we come back my phone number had been blocked, and lady wouldn’t answer the door to the office. While sitting there waiting trying to get ahold of her they closed the garage door. Guess they don’t want our money. But I would appreciate it if you would just tell us something instead of blocking and ignoring us. Very unprofessional.
