Morongo Casino Resort and Spa

Did have a seperate area for smoking but it still didnt stop it from getting around the casino. The service was ok you had to ask them questions when signing up instead of them explaining 🙄 but besides that their needs to be better signs for rewards desk. Had to hunt and ask to find it. Other casinos have much better signup rewards this is not a place to expect to much in the way of benefits for those interested in trying it out.

Had a company event there and was so impressed with the cleanliness and service. First off I came to check in and unfortunately, they didn’t have my name on file, I believe the supervisor at that time was named Matt. The moment we started speaking, I knew he was gonna take care Of me. He tried a couple of times on the computer to find my name and still couldn’t. So he took my suitcase and walked me to the event. As we were walking, he was explaining to me that after just come down to check in and they will make sure everything was right. After the event, I went down there and just like he said it was taken care of. No discussion no disagreements just wanted to make sure I was welcomed. Being that I’m in the customer service business. I will have to say that this was top notch. The rooms are big, comfortable, Very cleanand the views are amazing. The only thing negative is that I could say about this Place is that I didn’t win only because I’m horrible at poker but even then all the employees including security are amazing. I definitely will be back

Never a dull moment at Morongo Indian Casino. Lot's of entertainment and great restaurant to eat at the buffet is delicious and the steakhouse. Every card game available and too many slots to choose from. High Roller room and the common area are all accessible to visitors and hotel guests. Fun place to win or lose your money...good luck!

We had our company holiday party there today, the staff chose to Eat at The Marketplace. The food was good and the staff was friendly. The casino floor was packed and ran well. The dealers were fun and friendly and I made a few bucks back. All-in-all it was a fun experience and has a bit of a Vegas deal. I didn't stay in a room so I can't comment on that part. Oh, parking was easy and they had cheap gas on site and a car wash, I took advantage of both. I definitely had a great time.

I cannot complain. I love coming to this casino. Very clean and extremely professional. Security, guest services , food and beverage etc are always kind and courteous. The food is delicious and the drinks are awesome. I don’t drink alcohol, so I cannot really tell you how they are. The music is always popping and has a people dancing. I haven’t won the jackpot, but I always win something.
