Nrma Palm Cove Holiday Park

Fantastic park! Fantastic hosts! Well looked after, your caretakers do an amazing job! Can’t beat the location, great pool bbq kitchen facilities and our site was so private with beautiful plants surrounding. A++well done guys ✅

Absolutely gem of a park. Older demographic for the most part but definitely family friendly. Absolutely lovely hosts. Amenities were clean and well looked after. Pool and kitchen area was awesome. Stunning location. 4 stars for the site we were on. The sites with the astroturf were the premium sites. We had to rake it ourselves and it was a bit overgrown. We did arrive a day early though so somewhat expected. Would definitely return.

We can’t speak highly enough about the location, facilities and staff at NRMA Palm Cove. Firstly, Palm Cove is gorgeous and the main town is only a short walk away to everything you could need. My daughter is an “amenities” queen and she was very impressed with the cleanliness, shower pressure and up to date facilities. But most importantly, the care and generosity of staff was unbelievable. Our little 3 year old man fell off his bike and broke his arm while we stayed. Paul and the beautiful “T” were so helpful and exceptionally caring. My husband wasn’t at the site when it happened, Paul helped with the ambulance call while I was with my son, and Tenielle helped my 6 year old daughter feel comfortable with colouring and even bringing down their daughter from upstairs to play with mine while the ambulance arrived and until my husband got there. Not only this, but they came and checked on us that afternoon and also gave both our son and daughter “brave” and “helpful” awards with a sweet Christmas lollie. They also gave us complimentary Powerade and water while we were navigating the ambulance in the aircon of their office. It was not what we were hoping for this part of the trip, but the genuine care and prompt response made us feel so well looked after at a home away from home. Thank you Paul, T, and the team at Palm Cove NRMA. Forever grateful.

From the moment we arrived and we got greeted by Anne, we felt like we were in the right place. She was extremely helpful with recommendation on a route for us to run and also helping us with the best site for our needs. She was awesome. Thank you. The RV park is beautiful, the sites are big and well kept, the beach is across the street and the facilities are super clean and new. This is just a beautiful place. The town is all walkable and gorgeous with amazing trees and you'll be lullabied by the gentle sound of the waves at night. Oh... we loved it!! 😍 Also, I feel bad that I didn't catch his name, but we chatted for a while with a man that was blowing the leaves off the sites and we talked about birds and Australia. He was in his late 50s and super informative. Thank you!! Cannot recommend this place and this town enough.

Great place to stay! The staff provided friendly and helpful customer service and even let us choose our site. The amenities were clean, the pool was refreshing, and the camp kitchen had everything we needed. Perfect location right across from the beach and within walking distance to everything in town and the jetty for a fish. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!
