Leisure Woods Mobile Home Park

Lived there for 35 years it’s home to us It’s a residential neighborhood

They need to do a better job around the park as they expect their home owners to take on so kuch responsibility and yet they pay park dues for certain jobs that are left much more neglected then the occupancy of the tenant's responsibility!

This is a great place to live! It’s close to everything. The maintenance people here are wonderful and help is never far away. It’s neat, clean and quiet.

House quality is not the greatest, one of the best places to bring your kids trick or treating. Small but affordable houses overall a good place. If there where some bigger houses available for purchase it would be rated higher but i cannot hold that against it due to it being a mobile home park.

5 years here , I have sees signs of continuous improvements . My experience has been Overall a very good place to live
