Great campground wirh ATV trails, clubhouse which has a pool table, shuffleboard, Pac-Man, foosball, lots of tables and chairs..there is a huge saltwater pool and a kids pool, pirate ship, playground, disc golf, horseshoes, basketball hoop, very clean bath house with free showers and a small store. The correct address is 29 pine street Hinsdale NH. We have been here 9 years as seasonals and love it here. The Connecticut river is down the hill and across the street. There is a marina couple miles down the road, a huge Walmart with in a couple miles. A hidden gem not to be missed. Prices are very reasonable for all the amenities. There are activities with an amazing activity director.
This is a great RV park and the location is perfect. The property is well kept and staff are friendly. I would have given 5 stars, but there is no enforcement of quiet hours. I’m all about having fun camping, but it’s midnight and we’re not at the club. We would definitely come back though!
I was swimming my usual morning laps in the pool and the staff confronted me about my swim wear. She said that thong-silluette swimwear was prohibited. I explained that this was my only bathing suit. She proceeded to degrade me and kick me out. I have never felt worse of myself ever before and have been very depressed since that day. As a paying customer, I’d expect more from my hosts. Will be camping up the road next trip.
Beside the sewage treatment and trash. A promise to return a call in thirty minutes took four hours. Not service. Unfortunate. Look at Other options. You will be happier.
We had a really nice weekend at Hinsdale Campground. We live just across the river but wanted to sleep in our new tent and have an easy getaway. Such a sweet place to visit with kids! The office attendant was warm and helpful. The facilities, bathhouse, and pool were spotless. The pool is big, well maintained, and hidden in the back to make for almost a resort feel. The campsite was wooded and lovely. We talked with some seasonal residents who were the nicest and most welcoming people. It was warm summer nights and the campground was hopping, but it quieted down entirely by 9:30 pm with the only sounds being cracking campfires. I felt like we found a hidden treasure!
