If you cherish clean air stay away. BC law states that smoking can not be done within 7 metres of any door or window. This hotel ignores that even though thay have a picnic table designated area. Chain smokers all 4 days. Disgustig and gross . Follow provincial law.
What a great motel and Bal (an owner) was so great to deal with. Room was spotless, bed and linens were very comfortable. Even though the motel is close to the highway, there was no noise at all. Highly recommend this motel.
I live in Greenwood and I only have 1 spare bedroom, so when my children come from Kelowna to visit, I pay for them to stay here. This place is a real gem. The rooms were spic and span clean. Really good location just a few blocks from downtown Greenwood. I must say that the room price is extremely good. The times my children stayed here was a real treat. The owner sometimes is not in the office, but you can press a button and a desk clerk will be there in a minute or two. If you are looking for a clean, reasonably priced motel in Greenwood, look no further. Really impressed with the place!
This is an old style roadside motel so dont expect the Fairmont but if you are on a trip and need a place to sleep this is perfect. The room was spotless to point of amazing, the girl that checked us in was pleasant and polite. Earlier this year I spent a couple of days at the empress in Victoria, I left the empress feeling it wasnt worth the money, not this motel, this room is cleaner and less worn looking. I would happily stay here again if I needed to. The only reason I gave only three stats is the furnishings and appointments everything else is 5 stars.
We had a great situation with the owner of the Motel, we had gone to the motel and rv Park and the owner came over right away, our situation was a little tight so he called his daughter at their other hotel and got us a room witch was very reasonable. Both of his hotels are great prices very clean and super friendly I would recommend this motel to any one who is traveling through Greenwood this would be a great rest.
