Yikes! Stay away!

Does anybody know how to get in touch with the owners at creekside Mobile home Park there's a lady who lives here and she has busted pipes that are pouring out water and has been that way for about 3 months she now has a little pond in her backyard thank you and have a nice day

Manager is a real pain and very judgemental!! Very rude but can be sweet (IF) it's all about her!! Other than that it's a nice quite place to live.

I've had the displeasure of speaking with the manager and hopefully I'll never have to do that again. But regarding the conditions, I can say they are as pictured and as some have described. I would prefer to not live somewhere like this, however in all honesty this is all some can afford. I've been in the position that I had to live somewhere similar. I just hope they make them as clean as possible, just because someone's income is at poverty level doesn't warrant treating them like trash or making them live in it.

There isn't even ONE trailer here that is up to code for even a pet to live in much less a human ! PLEASE DON'T trust these people at all. They've lied, cheated & stole from people & they don't hold themselves accountable for anything they say they will do. This place should be shut down & the existing tenants moved to more humane homes.
