Reserved shower on the app. Waited for the shower. App gave out shower 3, but that shower was already busy on arrival when I asked the staff I was assigned that shower. He told me it’s not at this store. It might be at the Pilot across the street. How’s that possible? I asked what should I do. I cannot pick the store on the app for shower. Had to leave. Very bad customer service.
Please train your cashier staff specially the lady working tonight 3 feb 2026 don't to act like a cry baby 😭 when someone redeems their points to buy useful stuff or tool. We don't get it for free, we spend thousands of in fueling. So next time just behave normally on your behalf instead of being 😭 baby. The truck stop is great , provide all the necessary services.
Great experience. Kimmy was working double duty as both the cashier and manager and was absolutely delightful. Chris the shower attendant was all smiles and the shower was nice and clean. Ill be stopping back here next time through!!
Good amount of truck parking, the bathrooms are very clean. Nice location. All the pumps worked
