Park Rangers are wonderful, camp hosts are great, my complaint is dirty bathhouse, Blood on the wall in the lady's side for a month now. Extremely cold showers every night for weeks now. Doesn't matter 7 pm or midnight freezing cold for 3 weeks now. Other than those items love the Federal side of this lake. Also always someone in the handicap stalls when my daughter with a true disability would really like the option of using it. Currently hot water is being looked at
Just another poor quality lake experience in Kansas. Can’t run a generator at night even though we are at a spot without electric and it’s 85 degrees tonight . I would not ever come back here . Don’t waste your time or money on this po dunk experience. You will regret coming here !!!!
Lots of information and a great place to get maps of Kansas lakes and parks.
excellent service. quick, friendly & knowledgeable. ranger understood what we needed and we were gone in a 15 minutes. also provided some insight as to the lake and facilities.
Great. Officer was friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful. Facility was exceptionally clean and inviting. Made our visit informative and worthwhile . Thanks for the help.
