Royal Palms Park

Royal Palms Pain Arrived on Sunday; office closed. No note left for me as to which spot to take. Their reservation email I received does not say which spot. A fellow RVer I asked said just take a spot and sort it out later. All available spots are next to a six-lane 75 mph highway and horribly noisy. So, I get all hooked up and leveled, but there is no water! Next morning I find a dead tree branch had fallen on my car hood, and they deny responsibility. Their trees all have some dead branches, and clearly haven't been trimmed in years. I prepaid for a week on their website where they advertise a 25% weekday discount, but there was no way to apply it; there was no place to enter the "25OFF" code at checkout. I described this in the notes section of my order and I talked to their office about it on Monday. I touched base on Thursday and no action has yet been taken. Generally, I made a really poor choice to stay here.
