My wife Bethany and I lived there for two years. It’s very reasonably priced. In fact considerably lower than anywhere else. It’s older but has year round functioning laundry and showers. We didn’t have any problems with hookups other than those that originated from our RV and not the grounds. I found the manager accommodating, friendly and pleasant and had the opportunity to speak directly to the owner over the phone and he was always very helpful.

These owners need to realize that they are providing a service in which is paid. These reviews are consistently poor for pretty much the same reasons...can't fly a flag, over charging, bad road conditions sub par service and when u are staying at an rv park it shouldn't b stress filled but relaxing and accomodating...

My God the place only has water and sewer for 7 months a year . The manager believes that she owns the place they will put you on the street for any reason they make up and heaven forbid they become nice to you and they only have water and sewer 7 months a year now tell me how did they get the permit for that place when they buried the water and sewer lines to shallow. They must be part of the good old boys club. So do yourself a favor and go elsewhere !

this place is amazing. The lot rent is much more reasonable than surrounding areas towards Bozeman especially. Management is very professional, kind, and caring about residents. Pet friendly, very quiet, lights out at 10pm and all of the surrounding people are very respectful and kind as well. I love it here!

If you like cigarette butts you’ve come to the right place! Easy to make friends with your neighbors because their camper is only 5’ away! My kids love trains and trucks so being sandwiched between the freeway and a freight train line was a big plus for them. About 80% of the spots are occupied by people living here full time. They don’t shovel or plow the park so in the winter it’s an icy mess. At least the staff was very nice and friendly.
