Terrible campsite, extremely rude receptionist. They cut off the water in the morning due to damage. They had announced it the afternoon before via a loudspeaker, but since I wasn't there at the announcement, I didn't know. Having checked in an hour early and paid for electricity and water for the whole day until checkout the next day, no one said anything to me. So, at 7:30 in the morning, I found myself without water and with the bathrooms closed. I asked for partial compensation for the damage, since no one notified me and I was treated horribly by the employee present on August 6, 2025. I do not recommend this campsite.

Clean campground, security, and clean bathrooms. If there is any complaint, it would be that the restrooms with the laundry needs separate water heaters or a much larger water heater to run the washing machines and showers. My wife and I both had 30 seconds of hot water but then was ice cold due to a load of laundry being run through the washer shortly after we started showering but otherwise, highly recommend.

Very clean bathrooms and showers. The grounds were out of any city or town noise. However, the no service campsites were close together and next to the main road and it was loud in the night. The service was also disappointing for a place that deals with tourists, primarily those that do not speak fluent French. We were not pleased with the way the staff treated us or explained the grounds.

Small lots; compared to other campgrounds, this is more on the "tiny city" side than the "connected to nature" side. But the utmost negative aspect of this campground is definitely Mr. Paul*. Worse temper ackknowledged in years; It's staggering! I still am utterly flabbergasted by the fact such behaviours are still encountered in tourism and customer service. (Or lack thereof) It had been ages since I had felt like feaces after speaking to someone (for help, precisions, Indications, etc.) but this man achieved that result wonderfully! (& humour was definitely not to help the matter as no smile could have been cracked out of this cement-like character!) *Other than him; staff was nice 🙏

We called the camping ground in the afternoon and tried to reserve a space for our RV. The person who answered phone told us that we can call him once we arrive the gate and he will open the gate for us. When we got to the gate he was there already. He drove a golf cart to lead us to the space and also directed us to park. It was cold and dark night. I was so surprised such great service.
