New management has come in to the park, since then various activities are being canceled or “rescheduled”, issues are not being handled efficiently if at all, and management seems more concerned with cutting costs than ensuring the park is a positive and safe place to live and vacation.
New manager is more concerned about dollars than residents safety and happiness.
Nice residents, Park has potential but going downhill, dishonest and disingenuous Park management. Beware.
It's a friendly park with good neighbors but sun community's and current management are only concerned with money. Current manager is a corporate climber and has no repor with the residents. Sun has consistently run this park into the ground. I would not recommend red oaks to any new comers.
We stayed here for a week around Christmas to check it out for when we retire. Beautiful park, nice people and close to things. We liked it so much that we looked at a couple different park models to consider purchasing. Donna the park mgr took us to two new ones spur of the moment too. Definitely will be back!!
