Great retirement place for it's peaceful environment and amenities. The RV park manager, Mrs. Lorraine Lee is definitely an asset for the corporation. She is a person with integrity and core principles, very professional and customer service oriented. Every time I have had a concern, she takes care of it in a timely manner. She strives in keeping everything organized and neat. Kudos to Lorraine and her staff!
Nice quiet place to live sometimes but kind of annoying if you lile your sleep interrupted around 6:30-7 am The maintenance guys that work here dont have respect for residents, one of them shows up 1 hr and 30 min before their work time (8am). Guy pulls up blasting music at 6:45 am then proceeds to pull out a blower machine every morning. Iv had issues with these guys multiple times because they are disrespectful and dont have common courtesy. Its so bad that this particular maintenance guy (robert) doesnt even live here but is here EVERYDAY taunting me and harassing my vehicle throwing trash in my yard. Its annoying im getting ready to file a restraining order. Another issue is they make up so many rules and since i live by the office they are always looking for a reason to try to add a fine for something so silly like small weeds barely sticking out the ground. They act like its HOA community. Theres residents that hoard junk theyre property is full of boxes and random stuff i dont think they ever get any of the notices i always get. Some of the residents here are pretty nosey they go in your yard and let their dogs poop n pee in it, the roads are horrible theyre all patched up with speed bumps everywhere.
My grandmother lives here and has enjoyed her time living in the community. She has made friends with her neighbors. They also do a good job of keeping up with each other.
I love Robin Hood! It’s a warm and welcoming community. I look forward to daily walks around the neighborhood and a chance to catch up with my awesome neighbors. Robin Hood is a great place to call home.
