Saratoga Hills Park

One of the nicest places to live. The Manager Dan Cunningham has made this a friendly place to to live. He cares about the residents and the children. and also dogs. He goes out of his way with treats for kids getting off buses, dogs he meets on the way. He's always picking up after those who throw their drink cups on the ground keepers, handy men keep the grounds neat. They to work very hard. Daniel is such a great manager, he's rented so many new Mobil homes than any other manager. He's been doing a lot of new renovations to the play ground area. New basketball court, soccer net. Soon to have pickle ball court. This past weekend they had a block party. So much fun to be had. So glad we have a manager that cares.

It's a nothing special park... does have a good view as u leave the park... people r okay mostly... not many rentals, management is trying to get rid of rentals ..keep increasing lot rent... second increase in less than a yr! Not great matenance all around... short staffed and they can't keep management or matenance staff for long! 3rd management company in less than 2 yrs!

Management are not very pleasant people to deal with. Come across very rude and are not willing to listen when you try to talk to them. The park it self it pretty nice. The people who live in the park are very nice.

Way to strict with park rules for just renting there land when you own the trailers
